History
To be precise, 24th–26th November 2017 remains an historic period in the legitimate formation of the Reformation Movement of Nigeria (RMN). The events took place at Walgreen Hotel and Suites, Plots 2 Olulesi Road, Olugborogan Town, Lekki Lagos, where representatives from across Nigeria gathered to make history on this advocacy. However, the journey and momentum to form RMN can be traced back to fourteen (14) years of students’ unionism rooted in ideology, passion, and discipline.
Who We Are
Reformation Movement of Nigeria is a socio‑ideological group consisting of wisdom‑driven youths who refuse to be oppressed, depressed, or molested. What began as a student movement at the Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State, has now transformed into a large gathering of intellectuals and catalysts capable of meaningful impact nationwide. RMN is passionate about the positive development of Nigeria and other nations where its influence may extend. It is a haven for youths seeking to make formidable change.

Mission
To reform Nigeria and beyond through intellectual advocacy by providing alternative solutions to governance and instilling entrepreneurship teachings and professional etiquette in youths through policy formulation and advocacy.
Aims & Objectives
To cater for the less privileged in society.
To campaign against the abuse and violation of fundamental human rights of members.
To create awareness on government policies geared towards unity among Nigerians.
To promote duty, honesty, probity, and peaceful coexistence among youths.
To foster peace through seminars, lectures, sports, entertainment, talent hunts, and music shows.
To raise awareness on youth participation in socio‑political activities.
To make youths catalysts of change through entrepreneurial skill development.
To train youths to become responsible to themselves and society.
To create economic opportunities for members and the wider society.
Strategy
Intellectual Class: This serves as the ideological backbone of RMN and is practiced across chapters nationwide.
Training/Workshops/Symposium: RMN mentors youths through initiatives such as “Operation Secondary Schools,” promoting collaboration and value-based education.
Networking: RMN collaborates with organizations and stakeholders locally and internationally for knowledge sharing and partnerships.
Advocacy: RMN embarks on grassroots mobilization and campus‑to‑campus engagements to spread its ideology.
Legal: RMN supports free legal services and legal awareness to build law‑abiding citizens.
RMN Structure
According to the RMN byelaw Articles 8, 9 & 10, the organizational structure includes:
National Executive Council (NEC): The apex decision‑making body handling day‑to‑day organizational activities.
National Working Committee (NWC): Comprising NEC members, state chairmen, and secretaries.
State Executive Council (SEC): Responsible for operations at the state level.
Board of Trustees (BOT): Advisory body with representatives from each geopolitical zone.
